9. Rights of Personal Data Owner Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on PDP

Pursuant to the Article 11 of the LPDP, put into effect as of April 7, 2016, rights of personal data owner are as follows.

These fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board over the tariff determined in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
